To use this online applications page, you need to have an account with Paypal, or a Credit or Debit card.

Please follow the directions below:

1. Fill in the form found here, in full.

2. When you have filled in the form, click the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the form. This will then use your email program to send your details to our applications department. For those who use Web based email program like Gmail Hotmail or Yahoo, follow the instructions when directed. Once you have clicked the SUBMIT button you can then return to this page and finish the membership payment process

3. Choose which membership option you require, and click the "Add to Cart" icon to make your payment. Choose either "Individual" OR "Family" membership. You will then be asked to add your name and address. This is so we can keep your payment and membership details together.

4. You will then be taken to the secure Checkout on the Paypal Website where you will have a choice of paying by Paypal, or by Credit/debit card.

5. Membership will not be accepted until both the Application Form AND Payments have been completed in full and an email is received with your membership number.

Subscriptions are at present £8.50 per annum for Individual Membership & £10.50 for Family & Foreign Membership is £12.50. There is a 50p extra charge to cover the fees passed on to us for using the Paypal service. This equates to the postal charge you would pay for sending in the application form in using land mail.

Once your completed application form has been processed, you will be sent an email which will contain your Membership Number. It would then be a good idea to download the Family Tree Form which can be found here . When you have completed it with as much information that you can, you can then email it to the Applications Department where it will be deposited in the database for members research. Your details can then be passed on to any other member researching the same surnames.
